Becoming more Abundant: a Formula

As I mentioned in last week’s email, tapping into the energy of play can majorly activate your manifesting abilities. When you choose to spend time having fun, laughing and doing the things that truly make you feel happy and light, you are accessing one of the Universal Laws.

You might be familiar with the Law of Attraction, which states that like attracts like (who remembers The Secret?). So essentially, the more time you spend in the frequency of play, the more play will come into your life. Makes sense, right?

But why is that crucial for manifesting? While there are many different strategies for manifesting, most teachings share a similar basic formula:

Increase your positive energy
+
Focus on an intention
-
Attachment to the outcome
=
Getting what you want

What better way to raise those positive vibes than embodying the spirit of playfulness. When you shift your attention to play, you find joy in the doing, instead of just the getting or finishing. It means remembering that the everyday journey is where the gold is, not the unicorn thinking of “when this happens, then I’ll finally be happy”. Aren't you ready to claim your happiness now?

Having fun isn’t something you need to reserve for weekends or vacation. Just because that’s what you’ve seen modeled by friends and family or what society shows you, doesn’t mean it’s true. And it certainly doesn’t need to be true for you. It’s our choice to create a life that prioritizes play.
