Mindset of Play

Did you know you can cultivate a more playful mindset? My family is gratefully enjoying some beach time this week, a setting that seems built for play. But, it’s easier than you think to rediscover fun in your everyday setting:

  • Use guided meditations or creative writing prompts to re-discover what fills your fun cup

  • Look at life through a kid’s lens; watching little ones play reminds you how simple it can be

  • Try new things whenever you have the chance as you never know when you’ll find your next passion

I know that adulting can be hard and at times feel like really serious business. But perhaps it's time to consider where that belief comes from. Have you taken on certain rules about when you can and can’t be playful? Does it feel like there is some standard you are maintaining about what it’s supposed to be like when you are a grown-up, parent, boss?

While it might seem like work to find more time for play, remember your why:

  • Finding more ease and less resistance

  • It's an easy way to raise your vibration, increasing your manifesting and attracting power

  • When you have more fun, life is well, more fun

One of my favorite ways to play is creating all the things for my business. And once I focused on prioritizing fun, I began manifesting at record speed.
